As part of their re-generation programme Catus Properties awarded PWC Access the contract to
pressure wash a 14 storey building using rope access techniques. Before PWC could execute the
work a sample clean had to be carried out to satisfy the clients expectations plus details on methods
on safe forms of rigging.
The works were carried out and completed in March 2010.

As an approved high level specialist contractor to Servicemaster, PWC were awarded the contract to carry out a high level clean to all areas of the production plant above 2m. Due to access restrictions in certain areas due to plant elements of the clean we carried out either via a Star 10 cherry picker or back pack vacuum with extendable poles.
The works were carried out and completed in December 2009.

No rigging points were available on each roof therefore PWC provided safe methods to carry out the rope access clean. With limited use of scaffolding PWC were employed to carry out mastic repair work and photographic survey via rope access techniques. The works were carried out and completed in December 2009.

On Monday 19th October Santander Bank formally took over a number of Abbey National branches and offices. One of the landmark sites is located in Triton Square, London and after detailed consultations with sign manufacturer, Electroluminate Limited PWC have provided a access solution to install the new Santander sign 19m above ground within a scenic lift shafts. The works commenced on Friday 16th October with a strict completion deadline before 7am Monday 19th October.
