National growing Residential Management Company.
Problem
Need to reach all glazing for cleaning. Walking through apartments (people's homes) is not an option especially when the cleaning is frequent. Complex of buildings extend up to nine floors in areas. The properties have been built next to the canal waterway systems. The towpath is very narrow in places & therefore there is not enough room to allow normal 'Genie or JLG' hydraulic platform machines on to it.
Solution
After ascertaining relevant information from British Waterways as to weight loads allowed on each particular towpath, we could search for the machine that would meet this criterion. The Tracked Mantis fitted the requirements.
Result
The residents are happy to have their windows cleaned regularly & therefore the managing agents have less to resolve with resident/management meetings.
