Problem
Scaffolding was brought back in to be used to access areas
'snagged' in final handover. When scaffolding was removed carelessness
caused by removal of scaffold poles resulted in holes in walls
& chips on paintwork to tubular steel supports.
Solution
Using rope access technicians to access area quickly we carefully
filled walls and repainted affected areas.
Result
The main contractor met budget targets having avoided the need
to pay for costly scaffold setup again.
