When repointing or rendering buildings a cradle
is not always available or the work area may not be accessible
using the cradle. Furthermore close access is required to ensure
that material does not fall onto the street below. Scaffolding
may be prohibitively expensive for what would otherwise be a straightforward
job.
Sometimes the use of a hydraulic platform can be
a cost-effective solution but, where this requires permits and/or
road closures, abseiling using rope access can provide an economical
alternative.
In all cases we will use the most cost-effective,
safe and least disruptive method of access to get the job done
efficiently and we provide impartial advice on which method is
most appropriate in the circumstances.
